This guarantee is in addition to your 2-year right to complain under EU consumer law.
Warranty Coverage
Our warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and conditions. If your item exhibits defects during the warranty period, iThomas will repair, replace, or refund the product at our discretion.
Warranty Exclusions
- Damage resulting from improper use, accidents, or unauthorized modifications.
- Normal wear and tear or cosmetic damages.
- Damage caused by external factors, including but not limited to water damage, impact, or electrical surges.
How to Claim Your Warranty

- Provide clear photos or video evidence of the defect or issue.
- Follow the instructions provided by our customer support to return the product.
Warranty Processing
Upon receipt of your warranty claim, we will inspect the item. If the claim is approved, we will repair, replace, or issue a refund for your item within 5–10 business days.
