What services do you offer?

We specialize in iPod repairs and upgrades – especially for Classic and Mini models. You send your device to us by mail, and we take care of the rest.

Do you sell refurbished iPods?

Yes! We offer fully refurbished and upgraded iPods with better battery life, modern storage solutions, and high reliability.

How do I book a repair?

Contact us via the form on our website or email us at info@ithomas.dk. We’ll guide you through the process step by step.

Where do you ship to?

We ship to most of Europe. See the full list under Shipping & Delivery below.


🛒 Ordering

I’m having trouble completing my order

Please email us at info@ithomas.dk and we’ll help you right away.

I changed my mind after ordering – what now?

Contact us as soon as possible. We’ll try to stop the shipment, but we can’t guarantee it. If the order has already shipped, you have a 30-day return window.

I entered the wrong shipping address – what should I do?

Email us immediately at info@ithomas.dk and we’ll do our best to fix it before shipping.


📦 Shipping & Delivery

Has my order been shipped?

You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order is on its way.

How do I track my order?

Use the Track & Trace link in your confirmation email to follow your package via the shipping provider.

My order hasn’t arrived – what should I do?

Check your tracking info first. If the shipment is delayed or missing, contact the carrier. Still need help? Email us at info@ithomas.dk.

An item is missing from my package

Check your order confirmation – your order may be split into multiple shipments. If something is missing and not on backorder, contact us.

When will my backorder arrive?

As soon as the item is back in stock, we’ll ship it. Feel free to contact us for an estimated delivery time.

My order contains both in-stock and pre-order items – when will it ship?

Your order may be split into multiple shipments depending on availability.

How much does shipping cost?

We offer free shipping to most European countries!

Do you ship to my country?

Yes, we currently ship to the following countries:

Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain and Sweden.

Do you ship internationally?

Unfortunately, we only ship within the EU at the moment. If you are located in the States, I can refer you to RetroMods Lab.

How do I return a product?

Follow the instructions on our return page.

Do I have to pay for return shipping?

Yes, return shipping costs are your responsibility unless otherwise agreed.

When will I receive my refund?

We process refunds within 2–3 business days after receiving the return. It may take up to 7 additional days for the refund to appear in your account.

I received the wrong product – what now?

Contact our support team at info@ithomas.dk and we’ll sort it out quickly.

What is your return policy?

You have 30 days to return your order from the day you receive it. See all details in our return policy.


💳 Payment & Invoicing

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept a variety of secure payment options, shown at checkout.

Do I have to pay VAT?

Yes, VAT is included in your total and calculated based on your location.

I have a question about my charges

How do I get a copy of my receipt or invoice?

You’ll automatically receive an invoice by email after checkout. Need another copy? Just contact us.

When will my refund show up in my account?

Usually within 7 business days after processing, depending on your payment provider.

When will my card be charged?

Your card will only be charged once your order has been shipped.


🛠️ Warranty & Claims

What does the warranty cover?

The warranty covers any faults present at delivery. It does not cover wear and tear or damage caused by misuse.

Who pays for return shipping if I make a warranty claim?

If your claim is approved, we will cover the return shipping. Our support team will provide instructions.

What if the warranty has expired?

If the 2-year legal warranty period has expired, we’re unfortunately unable to assist further.
