Shipping Costs

We offer free standard shipping on all orders to the countries listed above.

5–10 business days after processing.

Customs & Duties

iThomas is not responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or other fees imposed by your local government. Since we only ship within the EU, this should generally not be an issue.

Processing & Handling

Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days. If there are any delays, you’ll be contacted via the email used for your order.

Delivery Address

Please double-check your delivery address before placing your order. Once submitted, the address cannot be changed. If a package is returned due to an incorrect or undeliverable address, the original shipping cost will be deducted from the refund. A new shipping fee will apply if you want it shipped again.

Order Tracking
